Dessert Circus at Home by Jacques Torres. Published by William Morrow and Company. Jacques, a famous chocolatier, was the Executive Pastry Chef at Le Cirque for 11 years. My simple idea here was to use circus graphic elements (colors, patterns) and make the cover fun. My wife and I were invited to a demonstration that Jacques was giving. We were introduced to him and he was very happy to meet us. He loved the book jacket and made us an amazing Chocolate Moose! I'm talking serious delicious!!
